Written by Ami for Remembrance of Lost Species Day 2017. 8 of Chicago's finest songwriters were asked to each write a song about an extinct animal. The Thylacine was the largest living carnivorous marsupial that lived down under on the Australian continent.  Benjamin, the last living Thylacine died in 1936 at the Hobart Zoo in Tasmania.
